Online Processing:

All orders placed Monday-Friday before 1PM EST will be processed that day, and shipped within 2 business days. All Orders placed after 1 PM EST will begin processing the next business day, and shipped within 2 business days. We make every effort to keep our website updated yet occasionally we will sell out of an item requested. If we are sold out of an item you ordered we will notify you via email. Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as in the shipping confirmation.

Return policy:

Returns and exchanges are only made for items that have not been worn, still have the tags attached, and have not been altered or washed. Please return your merchandise within 14 days of receipt of your merchandise. Send your insured returns or exchanges to the following address:

Once we receive your package back, refunds or exchanges will be made within seven days. Uniquities does not refund shipping and handling charges.
