“It was in 1992 that I started Uniquities. I knew no one in North Carolina but somehow I managed to find an empty storefront on West Franklin St, buy some inventory and set up shop. A ton of hard work, resilience and grit have led me to where I am today with five locations in North Carolina, ownership of the building that I found empty back in the summer of 1992 and leading a team of strong, smart women and one man to bring amazing clothing, accessories and style to this little part of heaven.”
