Online Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase with uniquities.com!

We offer a 14-day return policy. If for any reason, you are not entirely in love with your selection, we will gladly refund, exchange, or issue a store credit. Some conditions apply, please see below. 

Sale and final sales items are NOT eligible for return. Gift cards, earrings, jewelry, adhesive bras, undergarments, swimwear, and bodysuits are NOT eligible for return or exchange. 

No price adjustments for previously purchased items.

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND, RETURNS MUST BE POSTMARKED WITHIN 14 DAYS OF DELIVERY. Returns postmarked outside of the 14-day period will receive store credit only. Store credit is only offered within 21 days of purchase.

For orders placed online and picked up in-store, you have 14 days from the purchase date to initiate a return.

Items must be returned in new condition with original tags attached. Uniquities has the right to refuse a return based on the condition of the item. Damaged and/or Worn items will not be accepted. You will be notified via email if your return is not accepted and if you wish to have the item sent back to you, it will be at your expense.

If you have received an item with any problems or defects, please contact us immediately at online@uniquities.com within 5 DAYS to inform us of the issue. You must include a photo of the damage/defect in your email. We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care/handling or incorrect sizing.

Footwear must include the unworn shoes and the original shoebox in new condition. Shoes must be returned in a larger box for shipping with the original undamaged shoe box or the return will not be accepted.

Customers may take online returns back to any Uniquities location. If you need to exchange any goods, you may do so in store and continue shopping. Please note that if you choose to exchange and shop in store, refunds cannot be issued and a store credit will be given for any difference. If you are simply dropping off the return, please allow 1 business day for our E-Commerce Team to process your return and refund. 

The customer is responsible for return shipping charges. Refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment used during checkout, less the cost of the return shipping. Uniquities is unable to provide prepaid Return Labels for International Orders. 

Please allow up to 7 business days for Uniquities to process your return. Exchanges will be shipped as soon as the original item(s) are received and processed.

To request a prepaid USPS return label, head to our Happy Returns portal. The cost of the prepaid label will be deducted from the refund or credit. We must receive your item(s) within 10 days of beginning the return process to receive a refund. Orders returned within 21 days will receive credit in the form of an e-gift card.

Uniquities.com is not responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit.

In-Store Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unworn items, with the original tags attached, within 14 days of purchase. Please bring the item(s) and original receipt to the store, and we will happily issue a store credit, or you may exchange the item(s). Sorry, no refunds.

Uniquities will make every effort to accommodate returns of worn merchandise within 30 days of purchase that the manufacturer accepts as defective. If the manufacturer finds the product to be defective from manufacturing, you will be issued a replacement. If a replacement is not available, Uniquities will issue a store credit.
