Vietnamese-born designer Chan Luu started her namesake brand in 1996 as a passion project, making jewelry by hand in her garage after years working in retail. When will my order ship?
Most orders ship within 2 business days. Orders placed after 2 PM Eastern on Friday will ship the following Monday. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday usually ship by Tuesday of the following week. We ship from North Carolina.
Can I pick up my order at my local store?
We do offer In Store Pickup! Simply choose your prefered location at checkout. Please note that this feature will not be available during online sales and promotions.
